I'm a Certified Personal Trainer and Licensed Massage Therapist
As a body work practitioner of over ten years I've become fascinated with the complexity of the human body and movement. I've learned with experience in the field of working with chronic pain conditions and injury rehabilitation, as well as from my own fitness and medical journey, that not all workouts are created equal and every body moves differently. My goal with LSBW is to work one on one with clients, to implement strategies and to create the most ideal environment in each session, with each individual to achieve their personal goals.

Introducing the LSBW Method
Step 1: Book a free 25 minute consultation where we will assess your goals, your history with fitness, and get an idea of what space and equipment you'd like to use as well as what type of workouts you'd like to include in your sessions. During this call, there will also be a physical assessment so we can determine a baseline of where you are in your fitness journey.
Step 2: Decide what session lengths are attainable, achievable, and motivating: 20 minute (express), 30 minutes, 45 minutes, or 60minutes.
Session break down
The day before a call: A check in will be implemented,
with this check in, I will share your customized session which will give you an opportunity to communicate any movements you'd like to add or remove if necessary.
30 minutes before your session: An additional check in will be implemented! This is important because every day we wake up feeling different. By planning ahead and utilizing the check ins, we can take an organized and motivational approach to keep you on task and ready to move!
